Lee Oakley brings over 17 years of experience in commercial growth, strategy, marketing, and business development across the technology, engineering and property sectors. As CCO, she will lead Buffalo SPS’s commercial strategy, partnerships, market expansion, and customer programs, leveraging her expertise in translating complex technical solutions into practical value for communities and customers.
Jess Goudey joins Buffalo SPS with extensive experience in financial management, governance, and operational strategy. As CFO, she will oversee financial planning, capital management, reporting, risk, and compliance, ensuring strong financial stewardship and supporting sustainable growth as the company scales its community and commercial energy projects.
